The Georgian Foreign Ministry hosted a meeting between the EU officials and representatives of various Georgian agencies, which dealt with the EaP vision and priorities for 2020.

The meeting from the Georgian side was led by Director General for European Integration Issues of the Georgian Foreign Ministry, Archil Karaulashvili and from the EU side - Lawrence Meredith, Director for Neighbourhood East, Directorate-General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations of the European Commission.

The meeting was held within the framework of extensive consultations launched by the European Commission in July of 2019 to identify new strategic areas and objectives of Eastern Partnership.
The sides exchanged views over concerete proposals regarding priorities of cooperation in 2020.
